About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Training & Change Management Specialist to support the successfulimplementation and adoption of enterprise technology solutions. This role focuses on developing trainingmaterials, facilitating train-the-trainer sessions, and ensuring end users are prepared to effectivelyutilize new systems and business processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with a passion for adult learning and knowledgetransfer. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, leadership, and end users to translatecomplex system functionality into clear, engaging, and actionable training content. Success in this rolerequires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage audiences at alllevels of an organization.

This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site travel required to conduct training sessions,facilitate workshops, and support organizational change initiatives.

What You'll Do

Training Development & Delivery

Create effective learning experiences that support system adoption and user readiness.

• Develop comprehensive training materials, job aids, user guides, quick reference documents, presentations, and instructional content.
• Design role-based training programs tailored to different user groups and business functions.
• Create training curricula and learning plans that support system implementation and process changes.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions that prepare internal teams to support end users.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training workshops for stakeholders and system users.

Business Analysis & Documentation

Translate business needs into training and operational readiness solutions.

• Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements, workflows, and system functionality.
• Analyze business processes and identify impacts related to system implementation.
• Document procedures, workflows, and operational changes resulting from new technology deployments.
• Ensure training materials align with project objectives and business requirements.
• Support user acceptance preparation and readiness activities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

Promote user adoption and organizational readiness throughout system implementations.

• Partner with business leaders, project managers, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
• Communicate project updates, training plans, and readiness activities to stakeholders.
• Support change management initiatives that encourage user engagement and adoption.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training materials and delivery methods.
• Serve as a trusted resource for questions related to business processes and training content.

Communication & Executive Support

Provide clear, professional communication across all levels of the organization.

• Present information effectively to end users, managers, and executive leadership.
• Prepare professional documentation and presentations for a variety of audiences.
• Communicate complex system functionality in a clear and understandable manner.
• Support leadership with training readiness metrics, adoption updates, and implementation communications.

Work Environment & Travel
