Dentist – Irmo, SC

Are you a Dentist looking for the perfect balance of autonomy and growth? Join our thriving, high-growth startup in Irmo! Following the massive success of our sister pediatric practice, we opened this adult-focused office in 2025 to meet overwhelming community demand.

With a 5-star reputation and 90+ new patients per month , this is an incredible opportunity for a Dentist to step into a busy schedule from day one.

Practice Highlights

• Modern Facility: 4 operatories with digital X-rays; owner is ready to add a digital scanner for a Dentist who will utilize it.
• Patient Base: Primarily PPO and cash-pay adults, with some adolescent Medicaid (ages 12+).
• Strong Support: Dedicated team including a hygienist, assistant, and dual-trained front office staff.
• Built-in Referrals: Steady stream of parents and teens transitioning from our nearby pediatric office.

The Role of the Dentist

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday (Full-time).
• Autonomy: Act as the primary provider with the freedom to perform bread-and-butter dentistry or expand into specialty services.
• Mentorship: While you will be the solo doc on-site, the owner practices just minutes away for emergencies or phone consults.
• Culture: We prioritize a “patient-first” philosophy and exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: $800 per day
• Production Pay: 33% of adjusted production
• Retirement: 401(k) plan available
• Future Growth: Path to partnership in the future
• Production Goal: Initial target of $3,000+ daily with massive upside

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a licensed Dentist (experienced strongly preferred but open to all experience levels).
• A positive, “ready to run” attitude with a willingness to work hard.
• Comfortable practicing independently as the primary Dentist .
• Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with our growing patient base.
