High-Production Associate Dentist | $1.5M+ Production Potential & Partnership Path

Location: Bridgewater, VA (Shenandoah Valley / Harrisonburg Area)
Position Type: Full-Time Associate
Compensation: 33% – 35% of Production | $1,000+/day Initial Guarantee

Are you an experienced, independent dentist capable of managing high volume and complex cases? A booming, modern practice approaching $5M in annual revenue is expanding from 8 to 12 chairs and needs a skilled Associate to step into an immediately full schedule.

You’ll enjoy 100% clinical autonomy , state-of-the-art tech, and a proven earning potential over $400,000+ once established.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience Preferred: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Clinical Skillset: Solid foundation or desire to perform advanced procedures (implants, molar endo, surgical extractions).
• Mindset: A high-energy go-getter comfortable managing high patient flow without on-site daily mentoring.
